About

Mr. Allison has a diverse background in the software, systems development, information technology, and cybersecurity fields.  He has 23 years of experience in the defense, intel, commercial, and financial sectors including system design and implementation, project management, bid and proposal, information security, infrastructure planning, technical leadership, and strategy roles.


Mr. Allison enjoys breaking down complex problems, digging in and figuring out how things work, and assembling multi-discipline technologies into broader product offerings.  He has experience working with various defense and intelligence organizations as well as financial institutions.


Some key projects include creating virtual 3D worlds with automated and interactive bots for the National Defense University (NDU), development of integrated data management portal systems, electronic intelligence analysis and threat library characterization for Navy reconnaissance air platforms, computer vision for target tracking through the use of drones with the National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO), building enterprise deployed geospatial data management systems for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as well as working with advanced guards, filters and data loss prevention (DLP) Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) for the National Security Agency (NSA).


He went on to serve as the Vice President, and Director of IT at a community financial institution with $1.2B in assets managing the LAN, Telecommunications, and IT Support departments.  He was responsible for the budget, e-mail, networking, WiFi, enterprise applications, telecommunications, VTC, disaster recovery, IT Audits, technology evolution, and reporting IT Strategy and progress to the Board of Directors within the bank and trust organizations. He was highly involved in day-to-day activities and strategies for Information Security and cybersecurity defenses as well as working directly with their party penetration testers, and state and federal regulators.
