CANA Senior Project Manager

CANA is seeking new talent! We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to apply expertise in managing projects and to deliver exceptional quality to internal and external customers. The ideal CANA candidate is a senior team member with a passion for program and project management and has the aptitude, attitude, and virtual networking skills to interact with a project team and remote commercial and government clients and achieve results.

Position Overview

CANA provides a diverse spectrum of commercial, federal, and non-profit clients with operations planning, analytics, logistics, and supply chain support, program management, and technical data development. The CANA Senior Project Manager will lead and manage our internal and external projects, task orders, aspects of projects, or specific tasks/subtasks within programs. He/she will be an excellent communicator across all mediums.

 

The CANA Senior Project Manager will competently manage technical projects with complex requirements and a diverse stakeholder base. He/she will execute required elements of successful Program and Project Management (PPM) to include ideation (business development and proposal phase), planning, task allocation, budget analysis, scheduling and implementation, risk assessment and mitigation, issues management, and customer relationship management to complete projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints.

 

The CANA Senior Project Manager will own the project vision by understanding, communicating, and driving execution towards delivery. The CANA Senior Project Manager will have a Bachelor's Degree and Project Management certification in one of the following areas: PMI PMP and PMI Disciplined Agile. He/she will have a minimum of 6+ years of direct experience managing government and commercial projects, with a minimum of 8 years total experience.
