CANA Advisors, under the CANA Foundation, recently performed a pro-bono, ‘big data’ analysis for Acacia Family Medical Group, a small, family centered practice on the California Central Coast.

CANA Advisors, under the CANA Foundation, recently performed a pro-bono, ‘big data’ analysis for Acacia Family Medical Group, a small, family centered practice on the California Central Coast.  What began as a series of personal discussions grew into a Foundation-sponsored effort to address questions arising from their practice.  Using his background in Operations Research and Statistics, Principal Analyst Harrison Schramm set out to answer a nagging question:  Had changes in medical policies involving the diagnosis of depression been reflected in the actions that the Practice took?  You may read the full article here.
