Will has over 10 years of experience in the electric mobility space and over 20 years of experience in management, transportation, and logistics. In that time Will has developed public and private, light and heavy-duty electric vehicle programs resulting in over 11 million electric vehicle miles traveled.
Most recently, Will was responsible for the successful development and execution of the “Green City Sacramento” program. Working with state, municipal, community, and academic stakeholders Will delivered a multi-faceted program including EV car share, EV bus and shuttle, Level 2 and Level 3 electric vehicle charging stations, and a battery storage program, all of which had an overarching focus on equity, education, and awareness.
Prior to that Will helped develop and launch the first-ever all-electric, point-to-point car-sharing service in North America. At a time when electric vehicles and associated charging were far from commonplace, Will developed strategies and managed logistics for a 400-car electric vehicle fleet, serving over 40,000 members in San Diego, CA.
A dedicated San Diego Padres baseball fan, Mr. Will Berry holds a Master of Business Administration degree from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
