About

Mr. Raffetto is responsible for providing analytic results for high-impact decisions, contributing to problem definition and solution design, and subject matter expertise on modeling & simulation and Design of Experiments (DOE) on projects up to the Secret level. He has 20 years applying Operations Research techniques in operational, acquisition, and educational domains, 27 years leading teams and developing organizations up to the Marine Aircraft Wing level, and is a widely recognized subject matter expert with 12 years of test and evaluation impacts throughout DoD.
