Ms. Kristin Fairman is a Senior Contracts Manager at CANA Advisors. Ms. Fairman Supports the Chief Executive Officer in contract and subcontract administration while successfully supporting both internal and external customers. She is a Diversified Contracts Administrator with over 17 years of experience and success in administering U.S. Government, Commercial, and International contracts which have broadened her knowledge in the industry. 

Ms. Fairman has provided contract administration in support of U.S. Government (DOD, DOI, GSA, USTDA) contracts and Grants while her experience includes over 11 years of contracting with NATO projects (NCIA, SHAPE, NSPA, and NATO HQ) including locations in North America, Europe, Australia, and Africa. Ms. Fairman possesses highly coveted skills by the contracting Community, Government, and Industry providing cradle-to-grave contract administration including solicitation evaluation, bid & proposal preparation, contract negotiations, modifications, closeout activities, and subcontracting. 

Contracting and subcontracting experience and daily activities also include the below: 

• Contract Administration of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA), White Papers, and Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROM), All contract Types. 

• Led International Proposal efforts while working on challenges related to Mobilization/Demobilization, language barriers, export compliance, and currency differential.

• Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPAR), Government Property Disposition, Manpower Reporting, and Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) compliance.

• Negotiation of Confidentiality and Teaming Agreements to secure new and existing relationships while determining when exclusive agreements are beneficial.
